RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Order Cancellations
- Standard cancellations: Refunds are issued minus a 10% bank/payment gateway fee.
- Event cancellations: A 15% cancellation fee applies once design or planning work has started.
- Non-returnable items: A 12% deduction applies for custom, personalized, or pre-prepared items.
If we cannot reach the recipient during delivery confirmation, the order will move to the next available delivery slot, and additional delivery charges may apply.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 4–12 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Non-Serviceable Areas
If the delivery address is outside our service area, customers may provide an alternate address or recipient. Otherwise, the order will be refunded according to the applicable cancellation fees above.
Returns & Replacements
- No returns are accepted once an item has been delivered.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 hours of delivery for replacement.
- Quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours for review.
- Edible items (cakes, chocolates, treats) can only be replaced within 3 hours of delivery and are non-returnable during summer due to UAE health regulations.
- Incorrect or incomplete orders will be corrected or refunded for the missing value.
- All orders are confirmed with the sender before dispatch. Replacements are delivered on the next available delivery slot.
